1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the Policy) governs use of the GonzoProxy proxy network and its associated dashboard, gateway and API (the Service). It forms part of the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you accept this Policy and are responsible for the conduct of every sub-account, employee, contractor and end customer to whom you grant access.
2. Eligibility, sanctions and export controls
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you, your beneficial owners or the traffic you route are subject to sanctions, embargoes, export controls or trade restrictions applicable to us. You may not route traffic to or through such persons or entities.
Permitted use cases
The Service is used for tasks involving publicly available data and accounts you own: collecting public data; monitoring prices and availability; checking search results, your advertising, landing pages and prices from different countries; working with your own business and advertising accounts; and testing your own websites and services from other countries. Each use case remains subject to section 3 and the rules of the platform you use.

- Checking search results and advertising
- Working with your own business accounts
- Testing your own services
3. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service for any of the activities listed below.
3.1 Unauthorized access and account abuse
Credential stuffing, password guessing, brute-force attacks, taking over other people’s accounts, session hijacking, or any attempt to bypass authentication on a system you do not own and are not authorized to test. Creating accounts on a third-party platform using false identity information. Circumventing anyone’s identity verification, age verification or antifraud procedures, including ours.
3.2 Fraud and financial abuse
Carding, testing stolen payment details, fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or any attempt to interact with a bank, payment institution, money transfer service, exchange or identity verification provider in order to circumvent its controls. Creating multiple identities to obtain benefits intended for one person, including airdrops, referral bonuses, promotional credits, signup bonuses and trials, whether offered by us or others.
3.3 Network and security abuse
Denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, port scanning, or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not own and do not have written permission to test. Distributing or controlling malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets or phishing infrastructure.
3.4 Unlawful content and activities
Any activity that violates applicable law, and any material depicting sexual exploitation of minors, inciting violence or terrorism, or harassing, defaming or discriminating against an individual or group.
3.5 Advertising, engagement and search fraud
Click fraud, impression fraud, invalid advertising traffic, artificial engagement through purchased likes, comments, subscriptions, reposts, votes or reviews, and automated manipulation of search results.
3.6 Spam and unsolicited messaging
Bulk unsolicited emails, messages, comments or posts that violate applicable law or the destination platform’s own rules.
3.7 Ticket and limited-stock abuse
Automated purchasing of tickets or limited-stock goods for resale where prohibited by law or by the seller.
3.8 Unauthorized data collection
Collecting data behind a login you are not authorized to use; collecting personal data without the necessary legal basis and rights; or collecting special-category data, including health data and data concerning children.
3.9 Intellectual property
Distributing or obtaining protected material without the necessary rights, including through file sharing.
3.10 Resale and sharing
Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, pooling or otherwise transferring the Service to third parties without our prior written consent.
4. Restricted destination categories
Access through the Service to websites of banks and other financial institutions, payment providers, money transfer services and government portals is currently blocked. Some other destinations present increased legal and fraud risks, including identity verification providers, telecommunications customer portals, streaming services, app stores and ticketing platforms. Access to these destinations may be restricted. Where access is available, this does not constitute permission: section 3 applies in full.
5. Customer and use-case verification
Before or after granting access, we may ask you to verify your identity and business details, disclose beneficial owners, verify your payment method and source of funds, and describe your intended use of the Service. We may refuse onboarding, restrict or suspend access, cancel an order, refuse a refund or terminate the agreement if verification fails, information is inaccurate or incomplete, or we consider the risk unacceptable. We are not required to disclose our assessment methods.
6. Monitoring and enforcement
We do not inspect the contents of customer traffic. We record connection metadata necessary to operate the Service, bill for usage and investigate abuse, and we respond to complaints and information from our suppliers and destination website operators. If we identify a violation of this Policy, we may throttle, suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation, and disclose information where required by law.
7. Reporting abuse
Send reports to abuse@gonzoproxy.com. Include the address, a timestamp with its time zone, and sufficient evidence to identify the traffic. We respond to reports and inform the reporter of the action taken.
8. Relationship with other documents
This Policy applies together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If this Policy conflicts with the prohibited-use provision of the Terms of Service, the stricter provision applies.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version and its date are published at this address. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
