Registration and card issuance
Registration is invite-only. You need to fill out a form, provide your Telegram, specify your vertical, and share your estimated monthly spend. Managers quickly reach out via Telegram and grant access to the system.
eCards uses a convenient multi-currency account system to manage funds. In the relevant menu, you can open new accounts, transfer funds, and review your transaction history.
The service provides flexible access management through customizable roles. You can invite a team member via the “My Employees” section, where you can also configure permissions for teams and individual roles.
The core of the platform is its reporting system with detailed spending analytics. Using filters, you can generate reports by employees, teams, cards, or accounts and export them to your computer.
Top-ups and fees
eCards accepts deposits in cryptocurrency as well as bank transfers via Wire and SEPA. The service fee is fixed at 4.5% and is charged when transferring funds to a BIN account, not when topping up the main balance.
The minimum top-up amount is $500. After creating an invoice and completing the payment, funds are credited to the main balance, from which you can distribute them to any accounts.
Unlike competitors, eCards charges commission only when transferring funds to an account. There is also a decline fee. Clients do not pay for card issuance, monthly maintenance, refunds, or other services.
Technical support is available 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM (UTC+3). Managers assist with any questions, from choosing the right BIN to resolving payment issues.
In addition to standard services, eCards offers custom BIN card issuance and consultations on legal and financial matters. The team handles each case individually. Media buyers and arbitrage teams with a monthly turnover of $100,000+ can access exclusive conditions.
